my parents are at some kind of christmas 'adults only' party at my aunties house tonight and me and my brothers are at home. they're in their room probably playing on games and i'm wondering how i should spend my evening. i've been watching a lot of films lately, so i'm not to keen on watching loads more tonight, i'm starting to get a bored of the internet today- i've been on it for a while, i don't think theres much on tv, so all i have to do is either art coursework or read. neither really appeals to me much at the moment so i think i'm going to put it off and see where this blog leads me. today i haven't done much other than go to this party thing my gran throws every year. she's done this christmas party thing since the grandchildrens ages ranged from about four to twelve, but now its more like ten and eighteen but we all still go even though we're way to old for it. we get loads of little presents and all that stuff and it's all quite pleseant. i've got tonnes of sweets; just looking at them makes me feel sick. so the 'children' have had their party and the adults are having theirs. it's just a family 'tradition' thing and we are all aware that we've outgrown it but we keep it up anyway, it would be wierd if it didn't happen. so i went to my friends christmas party on saturday night which was really good but i left my phone there accidentally on sunday morning and i finally went round there and got it back today; suprise suprise, no texts for amy bennett. i never get any texts. and when i do get them it's either from my network or 'are you out?'. i'm not that bothered though because i'd rather spend my money on clothes/music that top-ups for my phone that i hardly use and anyway, i can use msn and facebook to arrange things for free. i'm getting excited for christmas now seeing as its christmas eve tomorrow. only two more sleeps till i get lots of really awesome new stuff. i'm getting excited for new year aswell because i can't wait to make all these changes to me, my health, my appearance, my attitudes, my hobbies ect. i'm going to try and make next year more interesting and try lots of new things. i wanna put all these new ideas into place now, but i can't just start at a random date, i need to do it properly. so come 1st january 2010- you will get a new and improved amy. huzzah!
