Villagers last night were amazing, one of the best gigs I've ever been to. If you ever get the chance to see them, you really have to go. Probably the best nine pounds I've ever spent. Conor sounded better than he does on the CD and he mixed up the acoustic solo performances with ones accompanied with the band. He played some new songs as well which were really good. A little short for my liking- only one support (Alessi's Ark) but even if Conor played a three hour set I would probably still not be completely satisfied because their one of my favourite bands. Villagers are one of the best bands around right now.
