going back to school for one day is fine with me. it snowed quite heavy last night so school is cancelled and probably will be tomorrow too because it's going to freeze over tonight.
the street is sort of 'in a hole', so when we get frost, we get it bad and we got quite a bit of snow. my mum woke me up for school this morning, looked out the window and just told me to go back to bed. cars can't get out and when they eventually do get onto the main road it's taken them long enough to do it.
it never snows where i live because we live near the sea. further in, near exeter gets snow a lot when it's cold, we usually just get a pathetic sprinkling at most.
because of my lack of time being able to enjoy the snow when i was little, i went out in the garden today and built a snowman with my little brother and had a snowball fight.
my trampoline was completely covered. we jumped on it, obviously. it was so much fun. i think we were out there for about an hour. i could have stayed in it for longer but my gloves were soaking wet and my fingers were freezing cold.
it's all meant to freeze over tonight really bad, so i hope we get another day off tomorrow. im using the time to catch up on coursework and avoid detentions. cheeky
